French Speaking Customer Support Specialist 

We are looking for a highly communicative professional, French speaking and with experience in one of these areas: call center, telemarketing, customer support or sales.

 

Responsibilities:

-Speak to customers via phone, email and live chat;
-Answering questions and generally helping them out;
-Create and maintain customer account records;
-Escalate or solve problems as and when needed;
-Language skills might be utilized for translations as well.

 

Profile:

- Speak and write French at a native level, along with a fluent level of English.
- Computer skills as a user (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive can do attitude and strong communication skills.
- Experience in one of these areas: call center, telemarketing, helpdesk or sales. It will be a benefit, but the willingness to learn is a pre-requisite.

We seek professionals with sales experience, able to sell products with technical specifications.  or Portugal and Spain.

 

 Responsibilities:

- Selling products;
- Sales management;
- Negotiation;
- Monitoring of customers and projects.

 

Profile:

- Good communication skills;

- English or German language for the internal communication and second language: Portuguese, French, German, English, etc;

- Experience in doors and windows industrie will be an added advantage (not an eliminatory factor);

- Knowledge of german windows technology will be an added advantage (not an eliminatory factor);

- Organized working method and autonomy.

We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar job. Education degree or previous experience in Design and Architecture areas will be an advantage.

 

Responsabilities:

- Maintain and create Customer relations;

- Office : administrative, scheduling, verbal and written Communication;

- AUTOCAD knowledge;
- Great communication skills;
- English is mandatory;
